Individual psychotherapy:

  • $250 (50-60 minute session)

family or couples psychotherapy:

  • $300 (50-60 minute session)

Psychological Evaluations and Testing:

  • Hourly: $300 OR

  • Flat Rate Fee:

Tailored based on clinical scope and referral question. A fixed all-inclusive quote is provided in advance following the initial clinical consultation, covering all testing, scoring, report preparation, and your dedicated feedback session.

Out-of-Network Benefits (Superbills)

If you carry insurance through a carrier not listed above, you may have substantial out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we provide a detailed monthly statement (Superbill) containing all required clinical diagnostic and procedure codes for direct submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment Policies & Good Faith Estimates

  • Payment Methods: Major credit cards, debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards are accepted through our secure client portal.

  • No Surprises: Self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate detailing the anticipated cost of non-emergency medical and psychological services before care begins.
